Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, Governor Tim Walz announced a \u201cStay at Home Order\u201d<\/a> for the state of Minnesota that closed non-essential business and directs Minnesota residents to avoid leaving their homes unless it\u2019s for an essential need. After the release was issued on March 25, there was some confusion regarding whether car dealerships and service centers are considered essential businesses. In addition to food and agriculture businesses, law enforcement, public works, critical manufacturing and government agencies, car dealerships and service departments are considered essential businesses.
