Summer is home to many fairs, festivals, and gatherings across the state of Minnesota, but one of our favorites is the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, which is holding its 45th season this year!. It holds the pedigree of being the largest Renaissance Festival in the United States, where it sees an annual attendance of 300,000. Thankfully, it\u2019s just a short trip from the Brainerd, MN area, and there\u2019s free parking!<\/span><\/p>\n

When is the 2015 Minnesota Renaissance Festival<\/h3>\n

The 2015 Minnesota Renaissance Festival will be open every weekend from August 22 – October 4. They will also open for Labor Day (September 6) and on Friday October 2 for the event Festival Friday. Doors open at 9am and the Fair closes at 7pm. Rain or shine, the festival goes on!<\/p>\n

The 2015 Minnesota Renaissance Festival has seven themed weekends, 250 artisan booths for shopping, 16 live entertainment stages, live armored jousting, plenty of food, and more!<\/p>\n
