Nate G. bent over backwards to help me. My calendar is jammed with meetings and events. I simply don’t have time for the old back and forth with a dealership. Nate did the whole deal via text. He sent me video, pictures, and answered all my questions. The finance manager called me via phone an...d we finished the deal in 10 mins. Moments later I was e signing the paperwork. 3 hrs later, my new truck, complete with dealer options installed, was delivered by their driver to my driveway, 150 miles away. All while I finished up a charity golf match for work. I contacted Nate on Tuesday and before I was home on Friday I had the truck. I can’t possibly recommend Kimber Creek Ford any more. They are top notch and know the meaning of service. Pine River, and moreover Minnesota, is lucky to have them. Show more

I highly recommend Houston Ford for helping my wife and I get into two new vehicles. When I walked in, I told told them I didn't want to mess around, and they didn't. Their service was amazing. They stayed 2 hours late for us and never once made us feel rushed on the deal. We spoke with 3 other deal...ers before choosing Houston Ford, and none of them gave us the time or service that Houston Ford gave us. Don was very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He helped and sold us our first truck! Franki took over for Don at the end of the night. He was very knowledgeable and was able to go over all the features of the truck before we took it home. All the staff there were very welcoming and made ...the whole experience great from beginning to end. We will definitely be taking Duke Silver in to always be taken care of at Kimber Creek. I recently bought a Corvette from Kimber Creek. The experience I had with the salesman Franky was top notch. Nate the sales manager was also great. The team at Kimber accommodated all my needs and even put the Vette up on the lift for an inspection. I took my F350 pickup into Houston Ford for an oil change. They were right on time getting me in and I know my vehicle was taken care of, gives me peace of mind. I would recommend all of the folks at Houston Ford very highly. They have all been very helpful and they know what they are doing. The ...price was right as well. Thank you, Houston Ford! I had to take my F350 in with a different issue January 2020. The staff worked very hard to get me in quickly and were very considerate of my schedule. I recently purchased an F-150 from Betty at Kimber Creek Ford. Betty, along with everyone else I dealt with, were super friendly and informative. In fact I ended up buying the truck with the 3.5L instead of the 2.7L engine based on advice I was given after being asked questions of my towing needs.... After towing my fish house the first weekend with my new truck, I was grateful for the advice and the truck I did buy. We love the truck. Show more
