A big thank you to Tyler Hopkins for helping us find a vehicle that fit our budget. My wife and I had visited several dealerships that day. No salesman came out to provide answers to our questions. We stopped at Kimber Creek on our way home believing it would be the same. It was not the same. T...yler asked if he could assist us. We told him what we were looking for. He took our information, searched the files and found 3 cars that fit our budget. He didn't wait for us to come to him , he came to us, did an excellent job. I highly recommend Tyler Hopkins and wish to thank him very much. I might mention that he is a trainee and a very good one. Show more

Snow was on the way and we needed a truck! Betty did an amazing job of helping find what we wanted. Betty worked super hard along with all the staff to get us into our new to us truck on a Saturday. We have worked with Betty for years and she is always does a great job. 08/23/16---I had been eyeing up a new 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium on the Houston Ford website for quite some time. This vehicle would replace my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL. I decided to go in and check it out on Saturday 8/13/16. While I was hoping to work with Betty Fleischfresser on this because I have bo...ught two vehicles previously with her I quickly found out Betty was unavailable. A bit hesitant because I had always worked with Betty on my vehicle purchases I worked with Mike Roney who approached me as I inquired about the Fusion. I quickly became comfortable working with Mike. He did a fantastic job and was very accommodating to any of my needs and wants in my most recent vehicle purchase. I was also extremely satisfied working with Chris Balfe and Nathan Makela as they ran the numbers for me (buy vs. lease and many many options under both scenarios). This team makes you feel like you're an important person and customer. They also make a serious attempt to get to know you and your situation which I greatly appreciate. They treat you not only like a friend but like family. It was great working with Business Manager Marya Lillquist on the paperwork as well. She was as excited as I was on my new vehicle purchase. Overall I couldn't be happier with my 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium and my overall experience at Houston Ford. I would gladly work with Betty Fleischfresser or Mike Roney on a future purchase or anyone on the great sales team at Houston Ford. The positive experience doesn’t end after you drive off the lot. I have also had great experiences with the service department. Dayton Bachmann runs a great service department and is always eager to help you out. Dan Krecklau is also extra helpful and goes over any service concerns or questions you may have with your vehicle. Shawn Olivier in the parts department also offers great personalized service. If they don’t have something you need in stock he will gladly order it for you and it will arrive the next day. I will be speaking with friends and family and post some favorable reviews on the internet about my positive experience with Houston Ford of Pine River. Show more
