My experience with Kimber Creek Ford was nothing short of amazing. The sales rep I was working with, Don Griggs, made purchasing the vehicle extremely easy even though I'm from Texas. I thought there would be more of a hassle but no! He went above and beyond to get me pictures, videos and all other ...information he could on the truck since I wasn't there to see it for myself. He facilitated and coordinated everything and the process was very smooth. I sent my brother in law to go pick up the truck for me since I'm working in Washington state and Don even responded to me on Sunday (his day off) to help us get transportation set up from the airport to the dealership for my bro-in-law for Monday morning! Don went as far as driving the truck up about an hour away to meet my bro-in-law at the shuttle stop so they wouldn't have to drive the extra hour to the dealership! Such an amazing experience and I can thank him enough. If you're ever in the market for a vehicle give these guys a call! Show more

My wife and I just bought a 2024 Ford Edge and dealt withRick Litke. He showed us the advantages of buying new over used (rebates and special low Ford motor financing). We really could not be more happy with our purchase. Everyone there was amazing!

I’ve bought now 2 vehicles from them Michael was my 1st sale guy and he was wondering . Gavin sold me a 2011 Ford escape and he did a great job . Thanks to him and the hard working team I was able to get it . Another reason I chose them is that you’re not there all day . The Kimble Creek Ford sales staff are by far the bestteam I have had the honor to do business with in over 50 years of purchasing personal and fleet vehicles. I purchased my pickup truck from the dealer’s website over 900 miles away from where I live due to the great no haggle price and exact F250... Lariat optional features I wanted was already in their inventory without placing a special order. I must say my excellent buying experience is due to the professional staff during and after the sale. A special shout out goes to Don who picked me up at the rental car rerun in a neighboring town, for taking the time to configure my Ford Pass mobile system, and thoroughly demonstrating all the available features on this mind blowing piece of technology Ford has created. Had some recalls performed and some warranty work done to a work van. I had a very great experience with the office staff, shop and including the drop off and delivery guys. The office staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Noticed the office had great experience. Including th...at the office was always available for help or a phone call when needed. The shop was very professional and fix the problems in an understandable amount of time. I was also very pleased how they replaced the AWD module when Ford was saying to replace the actuator again but this did not fix the problem the first time. Also was very gracious the and thankful for the prompt, friendly and available drop off and pickup service. They were great too. Thanks to everyone at Kimber Creek for your good work! Show more

It was great, they got me in right away, and best of allthey drove to Nisswa and picked up my truck and dropped it off. It is really a great service and allowed me to work from home. Very professional and they go the extra mile, and it is worth it to go the extra mile from them.
