We don’t know much about the returning Ford Bronco. From its looks to its capabilities, most information about the all-new Bronco has been kept carefully under wraps (just like the main image of this blog!). However, we do know a few things about this returning icon.

The 2020 Ford Bronco will be a midsize SUV designed to take on the world beyond the highway and the daily commute. If you thought that the 2019 Ford Ranger compact truck was available with a lot of off-roading technology, we assume that the Ford Bronco will amp that up to 10. You can probably expect attractive ground clearance as well as impressive approach and departure angles, and practical features like towing options.

What will the new Ford Bronco look like?

The original Ford Bronco was a 1966 model that made its debut in 1965, and evolved through five generations and three decades. We assume that the new model will hold onto the premium style of the classic model while upgrading for the new millennium (for example, we have heard that the new Bronco will come with four-doors rather than two in most models). We don’t know what the 2020 Ford Bronco will look like (not yet!) but we figured we would share a few photos of the original models to get your heart pumping.

What technology will be available on the new Bronco?

Recently Ford has said that new safety technology like the features in the Ford Co-Pilot360 suite will be available in most models across the brand’s vehicle lineup, and we would be surprised if these advantages weren’t at least available in the new 2020 Ford Bronco. The SYNC 3 infotainment system is another mainstay of Ford vehicles, and we assume that a Wi-Fi hotspot will also be available (especially as this functionality is now available on older Ford vehicles starting in the 2010 model year).
