What’s included in the new version: FordPass App features
Using the app lets you receive diagnostics for your vehicle via SYNC® AppLink. If any problems are identified in your vehicle, you can also contact us at your Ford dealership to schedule maintenance and service appointments, ensuring your new Ford vehicle is always in top shape. If you run into trouble on the road, the app’s chat, call, and even Roadside Assistance are there when you need them to answer questions or send help.
Other perks of the app include a “Find Parking” feature that lets drivers find available parking spots or, in some cases, reserve them before they even leave. Owners can also control their vehicle remotely with the FordPass app, as certain models allow you to unlock and start your vehicle and check your fuel levels.
You can also make your mornings run more smoothly – especially in the winter – thanks to the app’s schedule start feature, which lets you set a time for your vehicle to start automatically, ensuring it’s warmed up and ready to go when you are.
