Where? Cragun’s Legacy Grille, 11497 East Gull Lake Drive, Brainerd
Cragun’s- now that’s a name. Cragun’s is actually a resort and hotel on Gull Lake with several dining options on the premises. The Legacy Bar and Grille is one of them. It has a clubhouse atmosphere, which fits its view overlooking the golf course. Guests can chill on the patio or in the air-conditioned interior.
For Mother’s Day Brunch, Cragun’s Legacy Grille is offering a tasty variety of salads, appetizers, featured entrees, and desserts. Our second choice is a bit of a historic event for Chameleon Café, because this year is going to be their first time hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch. It looks like they’re coming out swinging, with a menu boasting the likes of smoked brisket hash, bacon & sausage, eggs made to order, cheese, fruit, pastries, a smoked salmon spread, and more.
Chameleon Café is pretty groovy-looking place known for their unique foods made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Tickets for their Mother’s Day Brunch are $20 for adults, $10 for kids aged 3-12, and free for those under three. If you have a group bigger than four, it’s recommended you make a reservation by calling 218-454-0595.
Prairie Bay Mother’s Day Brunch

At Prairie Bay, they have a real passion for food. With a constant supply of local, fresh goods, they continue to serve innovative and delectable offerings. For their Mother’s Day Brunch this year, selections include lobster claw eggs benedict, truffled asparagus & ricotta frittata, crispy smoked gouda hash browns, an interactive Belgian waffle station, and more. If your mouth doesn’t start watering just reading that list, you might need to get your saliva glands refilled.
