It comes with seven selectable drive modes, which include: normal, trail, deep snow/sand, slippery, sport, tow/haul, and eco mode. The XLT and Limited trims have standard rear-wheel drive with available intelligent four-wheel drive with front-axle disconnect, which means that four-wheel drive engages when the vehicle senses that it might need more traction. The ST and Platinum trims have standard intelligent four-wheel drive with front-axle disconnect, which means that the drivetrain can switch to rear-wheel drive when conditions call for it. A couple of perks of rear-wheel drive is the increase in towing abilities, sportiness and passenger space.
