Ford SYNC infotainment system

SYNC® / SYNC® with MyFord®
With the base level SYNC®, you can use your voice to make phone calls, control your music and select apps and more. The voice-activated technology utilized by SYNC® lets you keep your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel while still being able to access your media.
Music – Just say what music you want to listen to. The voice activate search will wirelessly stream music from your phone.

SYNC® with MyFord Touch®
If you upgrade to the SYNC® with MyFord Touch®, you have access to a variety of great features as well as enhanced capabilities. The system is intelligently organized in four quadrants to help you stay connected and access your apps and media quickly and easily.
Music – Use the same wireless connectivity as the original SYNC or find your favorite SiriusXM Satellite Radio station with just voice as well. SYNC can even create a personalized playlist for you!

SYNC® 3
The SYNC® 3 system offers the highest level of connectivity in your Ford. It offers next-generation of voice-activated technology and an easy to use new interface with all-new features. It gives you the most intuitive, responsive driving experience possible.
Music – It’s quick and easy to find your favorite music with simple voice commands, you can also listen to music through your USB-connected phone by just saying “play” and the artist or song name. SYNC® 3 will automatically play your selection. Voice commands also control the SiriusXM Satellite Radio.
Android Auto – Available only with SYNC® three, you get Android Auto in your phone, which allows you to interact with your smartphone to use Google and many other features. You can make calls, return missed calls, listen to voice mail, send and reply to text messages and use Google Maps for voice-guided navigation.
