Every summer, hundreds of thousands of people descend on Oshkosh, Wisconsin for the annual EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) AirVenture. AirVenture is one of the largest air shows and conferences in the world, attracting visitors from all over the world. This year’s AirVenture featured a first-of-its-kind F-22-inspired Ford F-150 Raptor. The Raptor already has a great reputation for performance and capability, but with some accents and inspiration borrowed from one of the Air Force’s top fighter jets, the Raptor really soars.
