Steve in Sales was the easiest to work with-- I have to say this was the easiest Truck buying experience we have ever had. We did not have to spend a whole day there, like you do at other places, fussing around. They were straight forward Thank you Kimber Ford Team and to Steve. We Definetley recomm...end them! I highly recommend the people at Kimber Creek Ford. Betty Fleischferesser was very helpful and there at any time to help and to answer any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable of the truck I bought and helped a lot to set up the electronics, etc. She is also very good about following up to ...make sure everything is going OK and that I am happy with the vehicle. The whole process was very easy and and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Show more

My husband and I recently purchased vehicles from KrisLambke, a/k/a "Special K" with Kimber Creek Ford! He is as special as his nickname. Kris spent hours assisting us both with our F-350 (husband) and my Ford Explorer. He is quick to respond to any questions, and he spent most of his day going over... all the features of the vehicles and making sure we felt comfortable with our purchases. He even gave us a tour of the newly remodeled Kimber Creek Ford! We live three hours from Pine River but will definitely be purchasing our next vehicles from Kris again! Show more

We stopped in at Houston Ford in Pine River, MN to see about returning our leased vehicle. We knew what we were looking for in a vehicle and talked to a sales person. He was very helpful in looking up several vehicles that fit our description. All our questions were answered and we leased a new Esca...pe. We were very pleased with our experience. Excellent working with Franky.He is a man of his word. Not only follows up but actually calls you back in a live phone call. He is always positive and great to work with. 03/14/17---I got my new Ford Edge from Houston Ford because they have been doing my service work for over 10 years and have been very happy with them. When I bought my 2015 Escape I was very satisfied with the process and price, as I am with the new 2017 Edge. Dealing with Betty both times has bee...n a pleasure. We have both got to know each other so it is a lot easier to talk about what I want. She has always been very helpful with getting to understand the new vehicle and set up and does a nice job of follow up to make sure that I am satisfied or need anything. Show more
