My experience with Kimber Creek Ford was nothing short of amazing. The sales rep I was working with, Don Griggs, made purchasing the vehicle extremely easy even though I'm from Texas. I thought there would be more of a hassle but no! He went above and beyond to get me pictures, videos and all other ...information he could on the truck since I wasn't there to see it for myself. He facilitated and coordinated everything and the process was very smooth. I sent my brother in law to go pick up the truck for me since I'm working in Washington state and Don even responded to me on Sunday (his day off) to help us get transportation set up from the airport to the dealership for my bro-in-law for Monday morning! Don went as far as driving the truck up about an hour away to meet my bro-in-law at the shuttle stop so they wouldn't have to drive the extra hour to the dealership! Such an amazing experience and I can thank him enough. If you're ever in the market for a vehicle give these guys a call! Show more

Thanks Kimber Creek for such a easy and quick process. Zach Werner helped me pick out my new Ford escape and Zach was so patient and answered all my questions. He even helped set up my Bluetooth and got me comfortable with all the new gadgets. I love how easy it was to go in a talk to them. I would ...recommend anyone that's looking for a vehicle to go in. Had some recalls performed and some warranty work done to a work van. I had a very great experience with the office staff, shop and including the drop off and delivery guys. The office staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Noticed the office had great experience. Including th...at the office was always available for help or a phone call when needed. The shop was very professional and fix the problems in an understandable amount of time. I was also very pleased how they replaced the AWD module when Ford was saying to replace the actuator again but this did not fix the problem the first time. Also was very gracious the and thankful for the prompt, friendly and available drop off and pickup service. They were great too. Thanks to everyone at Kimber Creek for your good work! Show more

The service dept. did an awesome job with my f150! Some major repairs were needed & they promptly diagnosed the issues & repaired them in a timely manner. Jim in the service dept. was very good about keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs & very thorough answering any questions I had! Up...on picking up the vehicle the service manager came out & chatted just to be sure I was happy with everything, I can appreciate that! If you are looking for a honest shop with some good people I would recommend Kimber creek ford! Show more
