The people. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and strive to please the customer. The dealership is comfortable and pricing fair. The experience was the best I've had in purchasing a vehicle.

We have worked with Betty before. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a new Ford F-150. Greg spent a lot of time finding exactly what we wanted, so appreciative. Really nice staff.

My wife and I just bought a 2024 Ford Edge and dealt withRick Litke. He showed us the advantages of buying new over used (rebates and special low Ford motor financing). We really could not be more happy with our purchase. Everyone there was amazing!

After the experience I had at Kimber Creek, they will be the first dealer I recommend to anyone looking at buying a new vehicle. The staff was so knowledgeable, they could answer all my questions no problem. They showed hospitality I’ve never experienced from any dealer before and they didn’t t...ry to push me into buying a vehicle at any time. Most respectful dealership I’ve ever been at. I especially recommend Nathan Hughes. Top notch salesman who went above and beyond what was necessary to try and get me the exact vehicle I wanted. The Kimble Creek Ford sales staff are by far the bestteam I have had the honor to do business with in over 50 years of purchasing personal and fleet vehicles. I purchased my pickup truck from the dealer’s website over 900 miles away from where I live due to the great no haggle price and exact F250... Lariat optional features I wanted was already in their inventory without placing a special order. I must say my excellent buying experience is due to the professional staff during and after the sale. A special shout out goes to Don who picked me up at the rental car rerun in a neighboring town, for taking the time to configure my Ford Pass mobile system, and thoroughly demonstrating all the available features on this mind blowing piece of technology Ford has created.
